Job Overview
Hope Media New Zealand is seeking a skilled and creative Video Producer & Editor to join our growing media ministry. This full-time role is based at the NZPUC Office in Howick, Auckland, and contributes directly to the production of high-quality video and digital content that supports the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
About the Role
The Video Producer & Editor will focus primarily on videography, filming both on set and on location, and supporting post-production through editing, colour work, and content preparation. Working as part of the Hope Media production team, you will help deliver engaging, mission-aligned content across television, digital, and social platforms. The role supports the overall production workflow and contributes to the delivery of key Hope Media projects and series.
Essential Requirements
- A practising, baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its mission.
- Proven experience in videography, including location and studio filming.
- Strong technical ability in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and sound.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative production environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
